Overview

Chase Pharmaceuticals (CPC) is engaged in the identification and clinical development of medically improved, commercially promising, treatments for central nervous system (CNS) disease. The Company was incorporated in 2007 to link emerging technical opportunities in the basic neurosciences to the expanding medical needs of those with neuropsychiatric disease. Operations thus focus on selecting product candidates to license-in, adding value by advancing towards global registration, and licensing-out to commercial partners. Our success reflects an exceptional ability to select promising drug candidates, intimate knowledge of the development process as well as our ability to devise the most efficient path to regulatory approval.

Mission

CPC's mission is to improve the quality of life for all those suffering from neurologic or psychiatric disease. Medical need is great, since no effective treatment exists for most of these disorders. Fortunately, rapid strides in basic neurosciences research have expanded opportunities for effective therapeutic intervention. Our goal is thus to identify and efficiently advance the most promising new technologies from laboratory bench to patient bedside. We are dedicated to optimizing this process with respect to time, cost and quality for the benefit of neuropsychiatric patients as well as our investors.

Financing

The company raised Series A equity financing from The Brain Trust Accelerator Fund in 2010 to support its clinical development activities.
